This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a professional with 5 to 7 years of mandatory experience in building construction, specifically highrise structures. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include quantity estimation, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), cost control, material takeoff, verifying subcontractor bills, and preparing monthly progress claims. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure cost efficiency throughout the construction process.
