Civil, B.Tech Civil, or DCE qualification. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying quantities, measurements, and BOQs, handling quantity estimation, reviewing contractor bills, monitoring material consumption and project costs, tracking variations, and maintaining quantity and billing documentation.
