Himalayan Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (HBE) is seeking a Safety Officer / Safety Engineer for our Project Site. The selected candidate will implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures at project sites, conduct regular site inspections, perform hazard identification and risk assessments, and monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices. Responsibilities also include conducting Toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programs, reporting and investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a relevant field. Relevant construction-site safety experience is preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and HSE procedures, along with strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
