Aditya Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for the position of Safety Officer for our infrastructure and construction projects in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is an immediate joining role, and candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at project sites. Your daily duties will include conducting regular site safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring strict compliance with applicable safety standards, policies, and regulations. You will also conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture. Monitoring PPE usage, investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses, and preparing detailed reports are critical parts of this role. To qualify, you must have 5 to 7 years of relevant construction/infrastructure safety experience and hold a NEBOSH or Diploma in Safety.
