Sales Manager – Apartment & Plot Sales

Royal Land & Developers (RLD) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales for residential apartments and plotted developments in Ayapakkam, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, conducting site visits, explaining project details, managing leads, and converting prospects into bookings. Requirements include a graduate degree in any discipline, 3–6 years of experience in real estate/property sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
