In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for leading architectural coordination end-to-end, managing projects seamlessly from the initial design development phase right through to final site execution. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed construction drawings, guiding and mentoring a talented team of junior architects, and driving coordination efforts among consultants, contractors, site teams, vendors, and clients. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with building codes, quality standards, and project timelines. Candidates must possess a B.Arch degree from a recognized institution, have 4-5+ years of relevant experience, and be highly proficient in drafting, modelling, rendering, and coordination software tools.
