Bloom Companies, LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our team on-site in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time position requiring a seasoned professional with over 20 years of relevant experience in bridge and structural design. In this role, you will lead bridge, flyover, ROB, and highway structure design projects, ensuring the highest quality of work. Your responsibilities will include reviewing structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to design teams. You will ensure strict compliance with IRC, IS, MoRTH, and other relevant standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, and handle complex structural and design-related issues. Candidates must possess a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, with an M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering being a strong advantage. Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, deep knowledge of design codes, and strong leadership and communication skills are required.
