Senior Civil Engineer (PMC)

AVP Consultants is actively hiring an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for PMC (Project Management Consultancy) assignments involving building construction projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in RCC, finishing works, site supervision, and project coordination. Key responsibilities include supervising and monitoring RCC and finishing works, monitoring quality, safety, and overall project progress, reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and site requirements, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will verify site measurements, support billing activities, monitor project progress, maintain proper documentation, and prepare and submit progress reports and project updates. Candidates must ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules, and identify site issues for timely resolution. Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Experience in PMC/consultancy roles and high-rise residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects is preferred. Mumbai-based candidates will be given preference.
