RSD Consultancy is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer (Quality) to join our team in Chandigarh. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of ₹15–20 LPA. The ideal candidate must possess a total of 12 to 17 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus of 7 to 8+ years specifically in Civil QA/QC. Additionally, a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in high-rise, residential, mall, or villa projects is required. Key responsibilities include leading Civil QA/QC activities, ensuring construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards. You will prepare and implement ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists, and QA/QC plans. Conducting inspections for RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works is crucial. You will also review drawings, specifications, and material submittals, conduct material inspections, verify test certificates, and manage NCRs. Monitoring concrete works (slump, cube testing, batching) and coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, and project teams is required.
