In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading customer logistics operations and service performance, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to our customers. You will monitor logistics KPIs, transportation performance, and service levels while optimizing distribution processes and transportation costs. Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate with sales, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution teams to resolve delivery and customer service issues and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
