Mihir Group is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil for our ongoing high-rise residential project in Bavdhan, Pune. This full-time position requires 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in high-rise residential towers, specifically utilizing Mivan / Aluform formwork systems. Educational qualification of B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead overall structural cycle times (Mivan slab cycles) to ensure target milestones are met. You will coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve site drawing clashes. Responsibilities also include monitoring resource optimization, subcontractor billing, micro-level scheduling, and material reconciliation (cement, steel, formwork accessories).
