Senior Engineer / Engineer – RCC Structures, Rebar, Formwork & Finishes

Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction is hiring a Senior Engineer / Engineer specializing in RCC Structures, Rebar, Formwork, and Finishes for our ongoing commercial and high-rise residential building projects across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala. This role requires 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and a qualification of Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The selected candidate will supervise structural and civil construction activities, manage RCC works, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing activities on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications, monitoring manpower, materials, and daily site progress. Coordination with subcontractors and site teams is essential to ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Candidates must have experience with reputed construction contracting companies, demonstrating a commitment to strict project timelines, high-quality construction standards, and safety management in large-scale residential or commercial projects.
