Urbanrise is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager / AGM – Pre-Sales / Telesales to lead our team in Kotturpuram, Chennai. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the Pre-Sales and Telesales team to drive conversions, improve overall productivity, and consistently achieve business sales targets. Key responsibilities include monitoring individual and team performance, driving lead-to-conversion ratios, developing strategic initiatives to boost sales conversions, and conducting regular coaching and performance improvement sessions. You will handle customer and team escalations, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, track leads and follow-ups, and prepare comprehensive MIS reports for management. Candidates must possess 12–15 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Telesales, or BPO functions, with a strong background in team handling and people management. Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom, or BPO industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills are required.
