Senior Manager / Manager – Internal Audit

Triveni Group, a diversified business group, is hiring a Senior Manager / Manager for its Internal Audit team. This is a full-time position requiring 8 to 10 years of experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. In this role, you will lead internal audit teams and develop risk-based internal audit plans. You will strategically plan and execute internal audits across the Group, identifying key business, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Key responsibilities include reviewing audit findings, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented, and preparing and presenting high-level audit findings and recommendations to senior management. You will also monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, track closure of observations, and ensure audits are conducted in accordance with internal audit standards and organizational policies. Additionally, you will lead and mentor audit team members to ensure effective and timely audit delivery. Required skills include strong internal audit and risk management knowledge, excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, and strong analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities.
