Key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring baseline and detailed work programmes, preparing DPR, WPR, MPR, look-ahead plans, and MIS reports, tracking schedules, milestones, and site progress, and coordinating with project teams for timely execution. Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Highway/Expressway project experience is mandatory, and NHAI/HAM project experience is preferred.
