Colliers is hiring a Senior Project Engineer – MEP for our Project Management Team for an Industrial Project with PEB Structure in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience. Experience in industrial projects with PEB structures is mandatory/preferred. Key responsibilities include managing MEP works for the industrial project, coordinating electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP activities, and reviewing MEP drawings to coordinate with civil/structural teams. You will monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure MEP works meet quality, safety, and project requirements, and track progress while resolving site coordination issues. Strong project execution, coordination skills, and knowledge of construction quality and safety are required.
