Casagrand is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer – Civil to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in residential construction. In this role, you will supervise and manage QA/QC activities for structural and finishing works, ensuring quality compliance across all residential construction activities. Responsibilities include reviewing inspection procedures, test reports, and quality documentation, as well as monitoring concrete, soil, waterproofing, and other material/workmanship testing. You will ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and IS codes. Additionally, you will conduct quality inspections, coordinate with contractors and project teams, track non-conformities, ensure timely closure of quality observations, maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, and support the implementation and continuous improvement of project quality systems.
