The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction, with mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan/Formwork projects. Key responsibilities include performing accurate measurement and quantity take-offs, preparing and reviewing BOQs, project estimation, cost analysis, contractor/subcontractor billing, managing variations, and cost control.
