Senior Quantity Surveyor

Sanvi Business Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Nungambakkam, Chennai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically handling residential and commercial projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project quantities and costs, supporting commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include preparing and reviewing BOQs, conducting detailed quantity take-offs, managing tender documentation, evaluating contractor bills, and tracking variations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control, alongside proficiency in MS Excel and specialized QS software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. We offer a competitive monthly salary of ₹75,000 to ₹80,000.
