Casagrand is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead and oversee construction project teams in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this senior role, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring high-level day-to-day construction activities, ensuring all civil works align perfectly with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. You will act as a key point of contact, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Key duties include checking the quality of construction work, reviewing complex drawings, resolving critical site issues, and maintaining comprehensive daily site reports, work records, and documentation. You will also ensure strict adherence to safety practices on-site. Requirements include a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 2 to 8 years of solid site execution experience.
