Casagrand is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee site execution and coordinate multiple project activities for our residential projects in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position requires 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, with mandatory background in residential construction. Candidates must possess a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will lead and supervise site execution activities, plan and monitor daily construction work, and coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. You will ensure execution aligns perfectly with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules while monitoring quality, productivity, and workmanship. Tracking manpower, materials, and equipment requirements, resolving site-related issues, and preparing progress reports are key parts of this role.
