Site Accountant

TRACKS & TOWERS INFRATECH (P) LTD is actively hiring for the position of Site Accountant to independently manage project-level accounting operations. We are looking for experienced professionals with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience, preferably within the Construction or Infrastructure industry. The selected candidates will be stationed at our project locations in Kamareddy, Telangana, or Raichur, Karnataka. Key responsibilities include managing complete day-to-day site accounting operations, handling cash and bank transactions, managing vendor accounts, advances, and site expenses. You will be responsible for verifying vendor bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents, maintaining the cash book, performing bank reconciliations, and tracking vendor ledgers and expense records. Additionally, you will prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and monthly financial reports while coordinating closely with the Site, Stores, Purchase, and Head Office Accounts teams. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com or M.Com degree, strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP, and a solid understanding of vendor billing, advances, and reconciliations.
