Repl.global is looking for a Site Engineer for Civil & Infrastructure Construction projects in Noida and Delhi. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and 5 to 10 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams, check measurements, and maintain accurate site records. Additionally, you will monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements, conduct inspections, coordinate with the QA/QC team, and track construction progress to report deviations or delays. Ensuring compliance with project safety requirements and resolving technical issues at the site are key parts of this role.
