Alekya Constructions is hiring a full-time Site Engineer – Civil for our project site in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and workers, and check site measurements, materials, workmanship, and construction progress. Key areas of monitoring include RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works. You must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and resolve site-level issues efficiently. Maintaining daily progress reports and site documentation is required, along with supporting quality and safety requirements. Qualifications preferred are a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Relevant construction-site experience is an advantage.
