Site Engineer – Civil

Asthivaara Design & Construction is actively hiring experienced and dedicated Site Engineers (Civil) to join our growing construction team. This role is open for candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction and site execution. The selected candidates will be responsible for overall site execution, project coordination, and ensuring that all construction activities are completed strictly as per project requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising day-to-day construction activities, monitoring site progress, coordinating with project management teams, planning and managing manpower, materials, and resources at the site, and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Candidates must possess a B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of site execution, construction practices, project management, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings are highly required.
