Madras Materials and Construction Pvt. Ltd. (MADRAS MCPL) is seeking experienced and dynamic Civil Site Engineers to join our construction team. We have 2 vacancies for this role, with opportunities available across Chennai, Karur, and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, specifically in handling the execution and coordination of residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day civil construction site activities, executing projects as per approved drawings and specifications, supervising contractors, subcontractors, labour, and site activities, and coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth execution. You will also monitor work progress, quality, and productivity, ensure construction activities are completed within planned schedules, check materials, workmanship, and site requirements, identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues, maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports, and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Candidates must have strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
