Site Engineer (Civil)

Sainath Developers is actively hiring a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) for our prestigious premium residential project, 'Yeoor Villas', located in Yeoor, Thane, Maharashtra. This is a full-time employment opportunity where the selected candidate will report directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have 5 to 6 years of relevant site execution experience, with a strong preference given to those who have prior experience in premium residential or villa construction. Candidates residing in Mumbai will be preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing works on-site to ensure high standards. - Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, architects, PMC, and MEP teams. - Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and façade works. - Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety protocols, and timely project execution timelines. - Monitor manpower, materials, and contractor deployment efficiently. - Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain comprehensive site records. - Handle measurements, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity verification, and contractor billing. - Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly and coordinate for snag closure. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. - 5–6 years of relevant site execution experience. Compensation: - CTC: ₹5.50 – ₹6.00 LPA (approximately ₹45,833 - ₹50,000 per month).
