Site Engineer – Civil

Asthivaara Design & Construction is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with opportunities available across multiple locations, including Chennai (specifically Vandalur & Tambaram) and Coimbatore (Chettipalayam). The ideal candidate should possess a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in site execution. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day site execution activities, monitoring construction work to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for supervising manpower, materials, and overall site activities, tracking project progress to ensure timely execution, and resolving any site-level technical or execution issues that may arise. Strong skills in site execution, project management, client and vendor coordination, and construction supervision are highly desired.
