As a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include supervising and monitoring day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring the proper execution of civil construction works as per project requirements, and coordinating effectively with workers, contractors, and other site personnel. You will also be responsible for monitoring workmanship to maintain high-quality standards, supporting site-level planning, execution, and progress monitoring, identifying site issues for timely resolution, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety practices and company standards. Additionally, you must maintain basic site records and progress updates, take full ownership of assigned site activities, and be willing to work at hill or remote project locations when required.
