Site Engineer

Aditya Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for our ongoing infrastructure and construction projects in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is an urgent recruitment, and we prefer candidates who can join immediately. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day construction and site execution activities, ensuring all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams, and monitor quality, measurements, productivity, and work progress. Resolving site-related technical issues, reviewing drawings, and managing manpower, materials, and resources required for site execution are key responsibilities. You will also prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of relevant site execution experience and hold a B.E., B.Tech, or DCE in Civil Engineering. Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
