Site Engineer

Casagrand is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic project execution team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time role requiring 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in residential construction projects, which is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include supervising daily construction activities at the project site, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams, and monitoring work progress to ensure timely execution. You will be expected to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction plans, ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor materials, manpower, and site resources, maintain daily site records, and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures.
