Casagrand is actively hiring for the position of Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction project teams in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities directly at the project site. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all civil works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams to monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for seamless project execution. Additionally, you will review drawings, resolve site-level issues, maintain daily site reports, work records, and measurements, and ensure the proper implementation of safety practices. Candidates must possess a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction or site execution.
