The ideal candidate should possess a B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 to 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential or commercial construction. Speaking Tamil is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have a valid 2-wheeler driving licence, and owning a 2-wheeler is highly preferred. Key responsibilities include supervising and monitoring construction activities at multiple project sites in Chennai, coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards, monitoring progress, materials, and manpower, and ensuring timely completion of assigned works.
