The Nest Builders is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring all civil works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key responsibilities include monitoring site progress, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers, and checking the quality of materials and workmanship. You will also review drawings, resolve site-related issues, maintain daily progress reports, and ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements. To be eligible, candidates must possess a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, specifically within residential projects.
