We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to structural drawings, maintaining quality control, and managing on-site labor. You will also coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery. Safety compliance is of utmost importance, and you will be expected to enforce safety protocols on site. The annual compensation offered is between ₹2.5 Lakhs and ₹3.5 Lakhs per year (approximately ₹20,833 to ₹29,166 per month).
