Site Incharge

Suzlon is hiring for the position of Site Incharge to manage remote project site locations across India. Candidates must possess a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit for applicants is 33 years. Candidates must be willing to work at remote project sites across states where Suzlon operates, including Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, with PAN India flexibility. Academic criteria require a minimum of 45% throughout with no pending backlogs. Physical fitness is crucial, as candidates must have the endurance to climb 90–140 metre wind turbine towers. The role involves site-based work and rotational shifts.
