Site Supervisor - Commercial Project

Hussain Tools & Sanitary Mart is hiring a Site Supervisor - Commercial Project for our Chennai location. This is a full-time, on-site role with 2 open vacancies. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations for commercial projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring material availability, and following up on pending tasks to keep project activities on track. The role involves resolving on-site issues, reporting progress to management, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Site Supervisor also supports adherence to project budgets, site safety guidelines, and company procedures. Candidates should possess strong commercial management skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and team management skills. Experience in supervising construction or commercial fit-out projects, preferably in tools, sanitaryware, or related building materials, is highly desired.
