Site Supervisor – Planning Department

Repl.global is hiring a Site Supervisor for the Planning Department at our Ranchi, Jharkhand location. This full-time role is designed for candidates with a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience. In this role, you will support the planning and monitoring of site activities, coordinating with site teams to track daily work progress. You will collect and maintain daily progress data, site reports, and assist in preparing project schedules and progress updates. Additionally, you will coordinate manpower, material, and activity requirements, monitor planned activities against actual site progress, and assist in identifying delays. Maintaining project documentation, trackers, and progress records is essential. Candidates with knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be highly preferred.
