Site Supervisor

Amuthan Associates is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Kodaikanal (Hills Area) and remote locations. This full-time position requires 5 to 8 years of experience in site supervision and civil construction. The ideal candidate will handle site execution, supervise daily construction activities, and coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and project teams. You will ensure all work meets established quality and safety standards, monitor project progress, and resolve any site-level issues that arise. Additionally, you will support project management, quality control, architectural/interior works, and turnkey solutions. Requirements include strong experience in site supervision, good knowledge of civil construction works, a responsible attitude, and excellent communication and team-management skills.
