To qualify, candidates must possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with mandatory experience in high-rise building projects. Key responsibilities include supervising daily labor, monitoring work progress, ensuring safety compliance on-site, coordinating material requirements, and reporting daily progress to the site engineers.
