TNR Talent is looking for an energetic and dedicated Site Supervisor for our construction projects in Tondiarpet, Chennai. We have 2 open positions for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in supervising civil construction sites. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing labor forces, tracking material deliveries, and ensuring that work progresses according to the schedule. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, reporting progress and any issues to the Site Engineer and Project Manager. Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring quality standards are met are critical aspects of this role. The compensation for this position is ₹1.5 Lakhs to ₹2.5 Lakhs per year (approximately ₹12,500 to ₹20,833 per month).
