Bhaskram Jyotish Anusandhan Kendra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive – HR to join our team in Patna, Bihar. This role is tailored for HR professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically within Civil Engineering Consultancy or Infrastructure Projects. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical project positions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project managers to understand manpower requirements, publishing job openings, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial HR screenings, and managing the interview process. Additionally, you will handle the offer, selection, joining, and onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS. Preferred candidates will have experience recruiting civil/infrastructure professionals (such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, QS, QA/QC, Surveyors) and experience with Railways projects is a major advantage.
