Elegancia Group is hiring a Sr. QA/QC Engineer for a high-profile, long-term Facility Management (FM) contract in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) and a mandatory valid MME/UPDA license. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in hard-services FM (MEP, HVAC, ELV, fire and life safety), preferably in Qatar. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or IOSH certifications are highly preferred. The successful candidate will own the Quality Plan, audit programme, NCR/CAPA process, calibration control, Technical Library compliance, and project KPI measurement and defense (including monthly scoring, evidence packs, and client review discussions).
