PropChk, a leading Property Inspection Service, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for professionals with 6 to 8 years of solid QA/QC experience in residential or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering. Key requirements for this role include strong hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction methodologies, a comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC procedures, and a robust understanding of relevant IS Codes. Prior knowledge of ISO/QMS is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to monitor construction quality effectively and ensure strict compliance with project standards. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough quality inspections at project sites, monitoring construction activities and workmanship, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and IS Codes, identifying quality issues, coordinating corrective actions, maintaining detailed QA/QC records and inspection documentation, and coordinating seamlessly with site and project teams.
