In this role, you will supervise steel reinforcement and fabrication activities at the site, guiding steel workers and ensuring all work is completed as per drawings. You will check reinforcement placement, cutting, bending, and fixing, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors for daily work requirements. Ensuring safe working practices and proper material utilization are key responsibilities. Candidates should have a relevant educational qualification or technical certification (such as ITI or equivalent), with preferred experience in construction or project execution. Good knowledge of site activities and construction practices, along with strong communication and coordination skills, is required.
