Mihir Group is looking for a dedicated Steel & Mivan Foreman for our high-rise residential project in Bavdhan, Pune. This full-time role requires 5 to 8 years of experience with ITI, Diploma, or extensive practical high-rise site experience. The core requirement is direct labor control for reinforcement tying, Mivan panel assembly, de-shuttering, and formwork maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing bar benders, carpenters, and Mivan erection gangs directly on the deck. You will inspect line, level, plumb, tie-rod tightening, and kicker alignment before casting. Additionally, you must enforce careful stripping, cleaning, and stacking of aluminum panels to prevent formwork damage, and ensure daily work output targets and site safety norms (proper PPE, perimeter protection) are strictly met.
