Mihir Group is hiring an experienced Steel & Mivan Foreman to join our Construction Project Team for our high-rise residential project located in Bavdhan, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of solid experience supervising steel reinforcement and Mivan/Aluform formwork systems. Responsibilities include managing bar benders and formwork carpenters, reading structural drawings, ensuring accurate steel binding and shuttering alignment, and maintaining safety protocols on the construction floor. Experience in high-rise residential buildings is highly preferred. This is a critical role ensuring the structural integrity and timely progress of our concrete pours.
