Store Assistant Manager

SCPL – Shelke Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Store Assistant Manager for its Stores & Materials Management team in Junnar, Maharashtra. This is a full-time role requiring 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in the construction or infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day store and material management activities at the construction site, monitor the receipt, storage, issue, and movement of construction materials, and maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, GRNs, material receipts, and issue records. Key responsibilities also include ensuring proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or wastage, coordinating with procurement, site, accounts, and project teams, conducting regular physical stock verification, supervising store staff, and preparing inventory and MIS reports. Required skills include strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory control, material reconciliation, and proficiency in MS Excel and store management systems.
