The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day Civil ARM (Annual Repair & Maintenance) activities, monitoring repair, maintenance, and renovation works, and ensuring work quality and safety compliance. Key duties also include maintaining daily progress records, handling maintenance teams, resolving resident complaints, and preparing challans and administrative paperwork. Candidates should ideally hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior experience in civil maintenance, repair, renovation, and building maintenance is required, along with site supervision skills, the ability to manage labour and subcontractors, and good communication and reporting skills.
