Supervisor - Civil (Execution)

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited is seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Hyderabad Projects on an immediate basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a Graduate degree or a 12th Pass qualification who have 5 to 10 years of solid experience in civil construction supervision. A minimum of 4 years of experience in High-Rise Commercial or Residential Building Projects is highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing workforce productivity, ensuring materials are utilized efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will act as a bridge between the engineering team and the site laborers, ensuring that execution aligns with the project plans.
